How to Make Pizza at Home

Making a pizza at home is not difficult, but there are a few steps you should know to do it right. 

First, you need to make the dough by mixing flour, salt, and yeast. Once the dough has risen for about an hour, knead it until it's smooth and elastic.  

Next, divide the dough into 2 pieces to create the crusts. If you're using a pan with a lip, spread some olive oil on the inside of the pan before setting one crust in and pressing down its edges so they don't curl up as it cooks. Preheat the oven to 400°F and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
